Ms. Baker's third graders are really excited!! This year we will be sending travel bugs to different caches across the country. They will travel from Geocache to Geocache. If you want more information about Geocaching click on the link at the bottom of the page. The first two travel bug's adventures will be posted on this page, so you can see all their activities too! I will be posting pictures from their adventures as they are posted. You can track where they go on the maps below.

Space Monkey Ham Miss Baker's Class 2008-Travel Bug

The first living beings to survive a space mission were the monkeys Able and Baker (Baker otherwise known as Miss Baker). Since monkeys were the first living beings to survive a space flight we will be sending our own traveling monkey travel bug Ham around the country. Another interesting fact is one of the first monkeys to survive was named Miss Baker and that happens to be my name. If you would like to see pictures of the real monkey Miss Baker and read about her click here.
